At Tower Hill tube station in London there is currently a lot of building work going on. As A result of this access to the station involves negotiating temporary ramps over curbs, walking down a short flight of steps and then climbing a large flight of steps to reach the station entrance.
What is the purpose of all this work? To create a step free access to the station!!
